Ham and Swiss Quiche

1 cup boiled ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
   1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  1/4 cup onion, chopped
 4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
   1 cup milk
   1 cup light cream
   1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
   1 9-inch pie crust

   Combine all ingredients, except pie shell, and mix well. Pour into pie 
shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
