SAUSAGE LINK CASSEROLE
1 pkg. Mezzi Rigatoni (Large Noodles) 1 lb. sausage links 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 sm. can tomato sauce Cook sausage and drain. Cook noodles and drain. Saute onions and pepper drippings from sausage links, then add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer 30 minutes. Next add sausage and noodles to above mixture. Place all in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. May sprinkle with grated American cheese. As much as you like.
