POPPY SEED CUPCAKES 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 3/4 c. Crisco 1 c. water 2 tbsp. poppy seed 2 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix 4 eggs
Combine all ingredients and mix for 4 minutes with electric beater. This can make regular cupcakes or small cupcakes. ICING FOR CUPCAKES: 6 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. butter 1/2 box 4x sugar 1/2 c. nuts Cream together and spread on cupcakes.
