Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake
2 cups flour 2 Cups sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup oleo 1/2 cup shortening 1 cup water 3 Tbsp. cocoa 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. soda 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, add sugar and salt. Combine oleo, shortening, water, cocoa and bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. In another bowl combine eggs, soda, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Add to first mixture. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan for 20 minutes at 350. Icing: 1 stick oleo 3 Tbsp. cocoa 1/3 cup milk box of powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix oleo, cocoa in saucepan-don't boil! Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Frost while cake is hot.
