Lime Fluff

1 3-oz. pkg. lime jello
15 large marshmallows
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 8-oz. Container cool whip

        Cut up marshmallows and cream cheese and place in bowl with jello.
Pour 2 cups boiling water over mixture and mix until jello is
dissolved and cheese and marshmallows are melted. Use small handheld
mixer. Cool until mixture is half gelled. Drain pineapple. Whip
whipping cream. Fold pineapple and whipped cream into lime mixture.
Blend thoroughly; add pecans. Chill several hours or overnight.
