1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms 1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 2 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 t. ground nutmeg 1 lb. lean ground beef 2 T. Dijon style mustard Drain mushrooms, reserving 1/4 c. liquid. Mix 1/3 c. sour cream, onion, Worcestershire and nutmeg. Add beef; mix well. Shape into four 5" patties. Broil 3 to 4" from heat, turn and cook until done. In saucepan mix reserved liquid, remaining mushrooms, remaining sour cream and mustard. Heat, but do not boil.
