FRIED FROG LEGS
12 frog legs
Lemon Juice
One cup of flour
One cup of bread crumbs
One egg
Salt and Pepper
One stick of butter
Wash frog legs thoroughly. Place legs in pan. Marinate in lemon juice
covered with crushed ice.
Refrigerate for three or four hours. Rinse. Roll in salt and peppered
flour. Dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Fry in butter until
golden brown. Serve at once.
