BROWN SUGAR POUND CAKE 1 box (1 lb.) light brown sugar 2/3 c. granulated sugar 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. Crisco 5 eggs 3 c. plain flour (unsifted) 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1 tsp. butter flavoring 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Mix as any pound cake and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
