I wish I had been able to take home economics. Oh, well, I ended up taking all college prep. courses and I can't say I regret that either. I did learn a lot about cooking from my mom and am still learning.

We had to take home economics from the 5th grade through the 8th grade and then I took it all through high school. My mom let me start making simple things in the 5th grade. I still make mistakes and I've been cooking for 40 years. I love sharing and receiving recipes and I can tell you that the pasta dish is good.
