WON TON PAN FRIED DUMPLINGS

 

2 t.           Soy sauce

1-2 t.         Chinese mustard

5              Garlic cloves, minced

1/2 t.           Sesame oil

14 oz.         Chow mein vegetables/rinsed & drained very well

24             Wonton wrappers

               TOASTED SESAME SEEDS

               SWEET/SOUR DIPPING SAUCE

 

Blend ingredients thru oil in blender; add veggies; pulse till

minced [CAN SUBSTITUTE MEAT OR CHICKEN AS FILLING].  Arrange 12

wrappers on work surface; lightly brush edges w/water; spoon 1

T. filling; top w/wrapper and seal edges to enclose.  Using

ravioli cutter or sharp knife; cut edges of wontons; heat oil in

wok and fry dumplings till just golden; 1 min. per side; bake

till golden brown @ 350° fro 10 min.; sprinkle w/sesame seeds;

serve w/dipping sauce.
