I just joined this group today and thought I'd pop in and introduce
myself. ::Chuckle::
I'm Khanh (pronounced like kon) and I live in Concord, CA with my
four-legged beasty named Korema. Korema and I met at The Seeing Eye in
Morristown, New Jersey, back in 2002, and she is a waggy six-year-old
black Labrador Golden Retriever cross. Despite her playful and
silliness, when Korema is in harness, she proves herself to be a
fabulous guide and has hauled her person out of trouble on more than
one occasion.
I love experimenting with different recipes. I especially love
anything with tofu. My mother made the best fried tofu, which I would
dip in sweet and sour sauce and eat like candy.
I am looking forward to trying a variety of different recipes.
