CARAMEL APPLE SALAD

3 Granny Smith apples
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. butter
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix together powdered sugar and butter until blended. Add eggs, crushed 
pineapple and Cool Whip. Mix well. Chill overnight.

When ready to serve, add 3 Granny Smith apples peeled and diced and 8 oz. 
roasted peanuts.  Enjoy.
