Burgundy Beef Pasta

8 oz. linguine noodles
1 lb. top serloin, very thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tsp oil
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 14-1/2 oz. can Del Monte Original Style Stewed Tomatoes, no salt added
1 8-oz. can Del Monte Tomato Sauce, no salt added
3/4 c. dry red wine

        Cook pasta as package directs. Drain.

        Saute meat, garlic and thyme in hot oil 3 minutes. Add mushrooms.
Cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and wine. Cook uncovered
over medium heat 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

        Serve over pasta.

        Makes 4 servings.
