Willie Nelson has joined the cast of a new movie, Swing Vote, for Touchstone Pictures. The comedy tells the story of a presidential election that comes down to one vote -- which will be cast by a father named Bud Johnson (Kevin Costner). The cast also includes Paula Patton, Kelsey Grammer, Dennis Hopper, Nathan Lane, Stanley Tucci, George Lopez, Judge Reinhold, Mare Winningham and Richard Petty. The film is being produced by Costner's production company, Treehouse Films. Production began in July in Albuquerque, N.M. Dale Breaks Ratings Records for CMT Thu. September 06.2007 11:56 AM EDT Dale, the Dale Earnhardt documentary that made its television premiere on CMT on Tuesday (Sept. 4), was the most-watched telecast in the network's history among both the key P18-49 demo and total viewers. With a 1.65 P18-49 rating and more than 3.1 million total viewers, Dale ranked as the most-watched cable telecast for the day among both P18-49 and total viewers. Produced by NASCAR Images and CMT Films, Dale is the only authorized film on Dale Earnhardt. Trisha Yearwood's Greatest Hits Offers New Songs Thu. September 06.2007 11:56 AM EDT Trisha Yearwood's Greatest Hits will be released Tuesday (Sept. 11) on MCA Nashville. The collection includes 15 Top 10 hits, from 1991's "She's in Love With the Boy" through 2001's "I Would Have Loved You Anyway," and concludes with two previously unreleased songs, "Just a Cup of Coffee" and "Nothin' to Lose." Yearwood's previous career compilation, Songbook - A Collection of Hits, was released in 1997. She parted ways with MCA Nashville following Jasper County in 2005.
