Dive into a great day with this delicious yogurt smoothie from Denise

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
8 ounces skim milk 
1 8-ounce container lemon yogurt 
1/2 cup blueberries 
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour and drink.
