Green Beans and Sausage

1 pound of beef link sausage or your favorite variety
2 cans of whole new potatoes or use fresh if you have time
2 16 oz cans of green beans
2 large onions cut into bite sized pieces
1 can chicken stock ( or water if you prefer)
1 stick margarine or butter
2 cups brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Put sausage into CP first; I usually brown it a bit in there, but you don't
have to.  Add beans, potatoes, onions, put in brown sugar, margarine goes on
top of all.  Cover and cook on low at least 6 hours.  The longer it cooks 
the
better it is.  Also makes a good dish for a fall bonfire.
