Homemade Strawberry Sorbet

3 cups washed and hulled cut-up strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs. lemon zest

Puree strawberries in a blender or food processor.
Blend in the remaining ingredients, pour into a bowl or deep dish,
cover, & freeze for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
Serves: 4
