Baked Salsa Chicken 

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 
1 jar  Salsa - Mild and Medium 
1 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese 
1 to 2 Tbsp nonfat sour cream 

Place chicken in an 8 x 8 baking dish. Cover with salsa. Bake at 375 degrees 
for 45 minutes. Top with cheese and broil during last 5 minutes of baking time 
to brown cheese. Garnish with sour cream and more salsa. Can also wrap them up 
in corn tortillas.
