Cheesy Lemon Spread (Eb) 
Keys:  Bread Machine Spreads Citrus     
Yield: 1 Servings 
Ingredients: 
          2      x  Eggs, slightly beaten 
        1/4    cup  Lemon juice 
          3    tbl  Butter or margarine 
        3/4    cup  Sugar 
          1    tsp  Lemon peel, fresh grated 
          1    dsh  Salt 
          1      x  3 oz pkg. cream cheese 
Method:
In a heavy pan mix eggs, juice, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil
while stirring over low heat, then cook 3 more minutes. Beat cream
cheese and lemon peel. When egg mixture is cool, blend into cheese until
smooth.
Store in refrigerator.
