Meatballs Sauces:
Sour Cream Sauce
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter or pan drippings
1 c. water
2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp dill weed
Salt and pepper

        Add flour to melted butter or drippings over low heat blending well
until smooth. Gradually add water, stirring, then sour cream and dill,
stirring constantly until mixture bubbles and thickens (do not boil).
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

        Add meatballs and simmer gently until heated through.
