Chocolate Coconut Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy cream
1 1/2 x Eggs
3 tbl Fruit juice concentrate
3 tbl Honey
1 1/2 tbl Unsweetened cocoa
1/3 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Coconut flakes
3 tbl Vital gluten optional
3/4 cup Wheat flakes
3 cup Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp Yeast
1/2 cup Chocolate chips
1/3 cup Chopped nuts
Method:
Use Raisin/Mix Cycle and add Chocolate Chips and Chopped nuts when
indicated; or 5 minutes prior to the end of the second kneading cycle
