OLD FASHION CHOCOLATE PIE 1 baked pie crust 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa 2 c. sweet milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3 tbsp. flour 3 eggs 1 stick butter
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa until well blended. Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks. Add milk and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Add butter. Cook in double boiler until thick. Pour into baked pie crust. Beat egg whites adding 6 tablespoons sugar. Put on top of pie and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
