Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter of margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 inch size) unbaked pie shell
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F.
Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add eggs. Mix
thoroughly. Stir in vinegar, vanilla and salt. Beat to blend all
ingredients. Pour into pastry shell and bake for 50 minutes.
