PECAN ICE CREAM BALLS WITH HOT FUDGE SAUCE 1 pt. vanilla ice cream 1 c. chopped toasted pecans Hot Fudge Sauce
Form the ice cream into balls. Roll in the pecans. Place on wax paper and cover with saran wrap. Keep in your freezing compartment or deep freeze. Serve with Hot Fudge Sauce. HOT FUDGE SAUCE: 1/2 c. butter (2 sticks) 4 oz. (4 sq.) unsweetened chocolate 3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 2/3 c. (1 tall can) evaporated milk Combine.
