CANDY STAR COOKIES 1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1/3 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pkg. chocolate stars
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add egg and dry ingredients and mix well. Shape dough into balls, then roll in sugar. Bake for 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove and place a candy star on top of cookie and press. Put back in oven for 1 minute.
