Chicken Stuffed Eggs
6 hard cooked eggs
1 cup cooked chicken
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Enough mayonnaise to moisten
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and mash yolks. Put chicken and celery
through food grinder. Combine yolks, chicken, celery, relish, mustard
and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites with
chicken mixture.
