Spiced Coffee
Ingredients: 6 cups water 3 tablespoons powdered instant coffee 1 tsp. allspice Peel of 2 oranges Two 3-inch cinnamon sticks Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a saucepan; heat to boiling. Strain the mixture and pour into thermal container; add cinnamon sticks. Makes 6 servings. You can also place this in a pitcher or pot that you wrap with a clean towel to let the cinnamon sticks steep before serving.
