Apple Crisp (for One or Doubled for Two!)

Ingredients: 
          1      x  apple, peeled and sliced 
          1    tbl  rolled oats (oatmeal) 
        1/2    tbl  butter or margarine 
          1    tbl  flour 
          1    tbl  brown sugar 
          1    dsh  cinnamon 
Method:
Place apple in 10 ounce microwave safe custard cup or soup bowl. Combine
flour, oats, brown sugar and butter. Mix until crumbly. Spoon over
apples, sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave on High uncovered 2 to 3
minutes or until apple is tender. You may substitute a pear, peach or 2
plums. Double ingredients: use two cups. Microwave 4 1/2 to 5 1/2
minutes. (Make up the dry mixture, keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks
using as a quick dessert!)
