STIR FRY PEPPERS AND MUSHROOMS   

1 yellow pepper, sliced into strips
1 red pepper, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 onion, sliced & separated into rings
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
3 ribs celery, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces

Place all but the mushrooms in wok or skillet containing hot oil and 
stir fry until onion begins to turn transparent. Immediately add 
mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon garlic puree (more 
or less) and enough Italian salad dressing to thoroughly coat 
ingredients. A little (1 teaspoon) sugar or 1 squirt sweetener and a 
little soy sauce can be added, if desired. Only stir fry just to blend 
the flavors.
Serve as a side dish with steak and as a vegetable.
