savery sausage swiss muffins
1/2 pound spicy are miled ground pork sausage
1 & 3/4 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
3/4 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon dryed thyme
1 large egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
preheat oven to 375 degrees
brown the sausage, in skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles, 
& drain well.
combine sausage, biscuit mix & next 3 ingredients, in a bowl.
make a well in the center of the mixture.
combine the egg & milk add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry 
ingredients, are morsend.
spoon batter into, greesed muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
bake at 375 for 22 minutes, or until golden.
serve warm, store left overs in refrigerater.
makes 12 muffins.
