Sweet Tooth Cookies
1 14-ounce can condensed milk, cooked in the sealed can in boiling water for about 2 hours 11 ounces chocolate About 12 ounces chocolate cookie crumbs Powdered sugar or cocoa Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring. Combine with the condensed milk. Let cool, then combine with cookie crumbs. Roll into balls and flatten. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa.
