TOMATO-CHEESE MELT

Yield: 2 servings

-  2 slices whole-wheat bread
-  2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
-  1 small tomato, sliced

Sprinkle cheese on bread slices. Top with tomato slices
and place in toaster oven or under boiler for 2-3 minutes
or until cheese melts. Serve with smoothie.
