Mock Cream
2 oz sifted icing sugar 1 gill of milk 2oz margarine few drops vanilla essence 1/2 oz cornflour Blend the cornflour with the milk and boil for three minutes. Allow to go cold and then beat into the creamed margarine and sugar, a little at a time.
