Bread with a Punch
1 baguette (if you prefer to use a larger loaf of French bread, double the following ingredients) 1/4 cup (60 g) soft butter 1 small onion, finely chopped 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Tabasco (or more to taste) Mix butter, onion and Tabasco thoroughly. Cut bread into thin slices and spread each with mixture. Reassemble loaf, wrap in foil and heat through in the same oven in which you've prepared the meat (325-375 degrees F). Serve hot.
