CREAMY CHEESECAKE WITH SOUR CREAM
TOPPING

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
24 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press firmly over bottom and sides 
of heavily buttered springform pan. Blend in sugar and salt to softened
cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after 
each. Add vanilla. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until firm in
center. Let cake stand 15 minutes. Reset oven to 450 degrees.

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Spread topping over top of cake. Return to 
oven and bake 10 minutes or until topping is set. Cool and refrigerate.  Enjoy.
