Drop Cookies
COOK'S NOTES

Recipe Fact
We developed this home-style fruit and spice cookie in response
to requests for cookie recipes made with Pillsbury cake mixes.
These moist cookies are perfect for your child's lunch box.

Ingredient Info Cinnamon is the inner bark of a tropical
evergreen tree. When the bark is dried, it curls into quills. The
quills are sold as cinnamon sticks or ground into powder. This
popular spice has a sweet essence and, when used in a small
amount, enhances flavors. Larger amounts of cinnamon taste
spicier.

Make It Special It's easy to dress up these cookies for afternoon
tea. Simply spread them with Pillsbury ready-tospread vanilla
frosting.
