EASY SWEET CORN BREAD
2 c. self-rising cornmeal 1 c. buttermilk 3 tbsp. corn oil 2 eggs 1/4 c. sugar Beat eggs and add meal and sugar, buttermilk and oil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until brown.
