Chicken Broccoli Bake
1 6 oz. box chicken stuffing mix
1 10-3/4 oz. can cream of chicken and broccoli soup
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1-1/2 c. frozen broccoli florets, cooked
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to dg350. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Set aside.
In 2-quart greased casserole, combine soup, sour cream, broccoli and
chicken. Top with prepared stuffing. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove
cover. Sprinkle cheese over stuffing. Bake 4 minutes more.
