FILLED CUPCAKES FILLING:
1/2 c. shortening 2 egg whites, unbeaten 2 tsp. vanilla Enough powdered sugar to make fluffy Make cupcakes as usual but don't fill paper quite as full as usual. While cupcakes are cooling, prepare filling. Mix well. Put in pastry decorator and insert in cupcake. Frost cupcake as usual.
