PINK GRAPEFRUIT WITH SOUR CREAM

1 jar (2 lb.) grapefruit sections
4 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped nuts
Arrange the sections on 4 plates. Mix the brown sugar and sour cream.
Put a dollop of the cream in the center of each plate. Sprinkle with the
nutmeg and nuts. Makes 4 servings.
