cinamon bread loaf

4 & 1/2 cups sefted flour
pinch of salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 pack yeastde
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs beaton
1/2 cup butter melted
2 teaspoons cinamon
sift flour, salt & sugar,
heat milk until very warm, not hot.
dissolve yeast in milk, pour into flour.
add beaton eggs, melted butter & cinamon,
add enough flour, to be able to handle. mead dough
put into greased bowl, let rise 30 minutes.
punch down, mead again,
let rise 30 minutes more, punch down again.
 brush with melted butter, put into greased loaf pan.
bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
