Country Style Barbecued Chicken

Enjoy the great flavors of barbeque indoors with this delicious
baked chicken recipe.

b.. Cook Time: 40 Minutes
c.. Ready In: 55 Minutes
d.. Yields: 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
a.. 1/2 cup chopped onions
b.. 1 cup ketchup
c.. 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
d.. 1/4 cup brown sugar
e.. 1 tablespoon dry mustard
f.. 3/4 teaspoon salt
g.. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
h.. 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
DIRECTIONS
1.. Mix the onions, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, dry mustard,
salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook 15 minutes, stirring
occasionally.
2.. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease
a baking dish.
3.. Arrange chicken in the baking dish. Pour sauce over the
chicken.
4.. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken
juices run clear.
