PISTACHIO LOAF CAKE

1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients; blend. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 
greased and floured loaf pans.

Combine: 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle on top of cake mixture. Bake 45-50 minutes, 350 degrees.  Enjoy.
