CHOCOLATE CINNAMON LOAF CAKE

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 squares Hershey's baking chocolate
1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add chocolate to hot water. Cook until thickened; stir 
into creamed mixture alternately with mixed and sifted flour, baking powder
and cinnamon. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a buttered loaf pan and bake at 375 
degrees for about 60 minutes. Test with a toothpick to make sure it is cooked
enough. May need to bake longer. Cool and when completely cool sift powdered 
sugar on top.  Enjoy.
