Sorry, I forgot to put the name of the recipe I just sent.  Here it is.


BLUEBERRY CASSEROLE BREAD

 

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup fresh or frozen dry pack blueberries
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons shortening
1 egg

 

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, orange rind, cheese and 
blueberries. Add orange juice, shortening and egg. Beat until smooth. Pour
into a well greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55-65 
minutes or until bread feels firm to the touch.

 

Serve spread with butter.  Enjoy.
