BEEF BULGOGI

1 lb. beef, sliced thinly
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1-2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sesame seed oil
2 tbsp. oil (for stir frying)

MARINADE:

1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
Green onions (white part)

Marinade beef in mixture for 2 hours. Heat wok and brown meat mixture. Add 
green onions, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Serve hot.  Enjoy.
