Skillet Chicken and Noodles

1 lb. boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves, cubed
1 16-oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. sour cream
2-3 c. hot cooked noodles

Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook over
medium heat until browned; stirring occasionally.

Add vegetables, soup, and 2 tablespoons water. Mix well. Reduce heat
to low. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream
an noodles. Season to taste.

Yield 4-5 servings.
