The Great Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
Convert to Metric
Convert to U.S. Standard 
1/2 pkg.      (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crust 
1 can           (15 oz.) pumpkin 
3/4 cup       Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated 
1/3 cup       brown sugar 
2 tsp.    each ground cinnamon, ground ginger 
1/2 tsp.       salt 
1/8 tsp.       ground cloves 
3/4 cup       Half-and-Half® 
3            large eggs, lightly beaten 
1 tsp.     vanilla extract 
Directions 
       Heat oven to 375º F.  Unfold pie crust; press
out fold lines.  Fit pie crust into a 9" pie plate according to pkg.
directions; fold edges under and crimp.  Stir together pumpkin and
next 7 ingredients until blended.  Add eggs and vanilla, stirring
until blended.  Pour filling into pie crust.  Bake 50 - 60 minutes
or until set in center.  Cool completely on a wire rack. 
Makes 8 servings.
