PECAN TARTS

PASTRY:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. plain flour

Cream together the above ingredients. Roll on pastry board and line small tart 
or muffin tins.

FILLING:

1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Add: 2 egg whites, whipped and fold in 1 tsp. vanilla.  Enjoy.
