Chocolate-Covered Beetles 
Keys:  Candies Lollies Childrens t Halloween     
Yield: 24 Servings 
Ingredients: 
          6     oz  Semisweet chocolate chips, 165 g 
          6     oz  Butterscotch Chips - Bakers, 165 g 
          2    cup  Chow mein noodles, 500 ml 
        1/2    cup  Peanuts, 125 ml 
          2    cup  Miniature marshmallows, 500 ml 
                    Miniature chocolate candies, M&M's 
Method:
Cook chips in a meduium micro-wave safe bowl on high for 2 to 3 minutes,
or until smooth when stirred, stirring every minute. Add noodles and
peanuts; mix lightly. Add marshmellows, stirring until completely
cooked. Drop by teaspoonsfuls onto waxed paper-lined tray. Add
additional chow mein noodles to create legs (three on each side). Use
miniature chocolate candies to create eyes. Refrigerate.
